The compact axle housing is what gives the DCA series its name – DCA stands for Durable Compact Axle. Integration of all the axle functions allows a compact and, thanks to innovative design, extremely durable and lightweight axle housing.
The wheel end
Tried and tested a million times over, this robust design for 19.5“ or 22.5“ wheels offers optimal heat dissipation, ensuring extremely long brake-disc, brake-pad and bearing lifetimes.
The compact bearing
Maintenance-free thanks to the use of state-of-the-art compact-bearing technology
that has proven itself a hundred-thousand times over.
The tailend
The DCA series can be realised with standard, weight-optimised or application specific tailends, thereby covering all application areas.
The hanger bracket
With three retaining brackets each – in some cases also optionally available in stainless steel – the DCA series in combination with the appropriate air bellows supports makes possible all driving heights from 215 mm to 535 mm, from megatrailer to tipper.
